About the Company We are seeking a Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered business solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders while remaining hands-on in the delivery of solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Microsoft 365 technologies. This is a highly visible Individual Contributor role requiring a unique blend of business acumen, solution architecture expertise, and hands-on technical execution. The ideal candidate can identify business challenges, design scalable solutions, build prototypes, automate workflows, and drive adoption across the organization. About the Role We are seeking a Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered business solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. Responsibilities Business Partnership & Solution Design Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, AI enablement, and process optimization. Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions. Translate business objectives into scalable Power Platform and AI solutions. Develop solution roadmaps, implementation plans, and ROI analyses. Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Power Platform and AI capabilities. Power Platform Architecture & Development Design and implement enterprise solutions utilizing: Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Microsoft Copilot Studio AI Builder Build low-code applications to streamline business processes. Design workflow automation for approvals, notifications, integrations, and operational processes. Establish Power Platform governance, security, and best practices. Create reusable solution components and standards. AI & Copilot Enablement Build and deploy conversational AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Implement Generative AI solutions to improve productivity and decision-making.

Configure AI Builder models for:

Document processing Form recognition Classification Data extraction Content summarization Integrate Point, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft 365 data sources into AI solutions. Develop knowledge-based assistants leveraging organizational content. Azure AI & Advanced AI Solutions Design and deploy solutions utilizing: Azure AI Foundry Azure OpenAI Service Azure AI Search Microsoft Graph APIs Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge repositories. Implement prompt engineering strategies and model optimization techniques. Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to scale AI solutions into production environments. Adoption & Change Management Lead user enablement and adoption initiatives. Deliver demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions. Measure business outcomes and solution effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement and innovation across AI and automation initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Experience serving as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Consultant.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Point Online Microsoft Teams Microsoft 365 AI Builder Experience developing Copilot Studio agents and conversational AI solutions. Strong understanding of business process analysis and solution architecture. Ability to work directly with executive stakeholders and business users. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
