Job Description

We are looking for an Microsoft Copilot Platform Engineer to support enterprise adoption of Microsoft Copilot technologies. This Long-term Consulting position focuses on building, configuring, and sustaining AI-driven solutions that improve collaboration, automation, and user productivity across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure services. The role blends platform engineering, integration, and governance oversight to help deliver secure, scalable, and compliant AI capabilities that align with business and operational goals.

The Microsoft Copilot Platform Engineer is responsible for implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related Microsoft AI platform capabilities across the enterprise environment. This role enables business teams to leverage AI-powered collaboration, automation, and conversational experiences by developing and supporting Copilot solutions, integrations, and governance controls aligned with enterprise standards. The engineer works across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, and security/governance services to ensure AI capabilities are scalable, secure, compliant, and operationally effective. The position emphasizes hands-on platform engineering, automation, integration, and governance enablement, ensuring Microsoft AI technologies are deployed and managed in a manner that improves productivity, supports innovation, and aligns with organizational security and compliance requirements.
