Job Description

Senior systems engineering role focused on system requirements, integration, verification testing, Python scripting, networking, and assured navigation and timing systems. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field Minimum 5 years of relevant systems engineering experience Advanced degree in a related field with minimum 3 years of relevant experience may be considered Python scripting experience Networking experience related to systems engineering work Experience creating and maintaining system requirements and design documentation Experience with system integration and testing Experience supporting verification and traceability of system requirements Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance Preferred Skills Automated test development experience Test fixture development experience Experience with testing frameworks, including Gherkin, Behave, or Robot Knowledge of networking, protocols, and security concepts, including IP stack, NTP, PTP, SSL, and TLS Prior military experience Experience developing system concept of operations documents Experience developing use cases Experience with real-time embedded systems Experience with navigation and timing systems Experience with Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing systems Experience supporting bid and proposal activities Experience working with secure lab environments Job Responsibilities Create and maintain system requirements and design documents Support verification and traceability of system requirements Develop verification test procedures Execute verification test procedures in a secure lab environment Conduct peer reviews for test procedures and design documentation Collaborate with systems, software, and hardware engineering teams Support system engineering, integration, and testing activities Integrate navigation products for ground applications Coordinate technical communication and status updates with stakeholders Develop design approaches with subject matter experts Support resolution of technical issues across impacted teams Share lessons learned to improve engineering approaches Contribute to bid and proposal activities for new business pursuits Support development of real-time embedded navigation and timing solutions for ground, airborne, and maritime applications
