Up to $48 - $50 per hour A leading engineering team is expanding and looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support the integration of autonomous machine systems within surface loading applications. This role focuses on defining system?level requirements, driving integration across complex electronic and software subsystems, and supporting validation of autonomous machine features. What You'll Do Define system?level requirements and architecture for autonomous machine systems Decompose customer and functional requirements into clear, traceable system requirements Partner closely with system, software, and validation teams to deliver autonomous features Support integration and validation of semi? and fully autonomous surface loading machines Communicate system readiness, technical risk, and trade?offs related to time, cost, and quality Serve as a subject matter expert for autonomous surface loading solutions Document designs, requirements, and decisions to support alignment across teams What We're Looking For 5-7 years of experience as a Systems Engineer supporting hardware and software product development Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Experience working with systems integration and validation teams Background in construction, mining, or heavy equipment environments preferred Familiarity with autonomous systems and embedded control systems Experience with wheel loaders, excavators, tracked loaders, or similar equipment is a plus Key Skills Systems engineering and requirements decomposition Autonomous or advanced machine system integration Cross?functional collaboration and technical communication Risk assessment, prioritization, and trade?off decision?making Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills #LI-JD1 #INDOEM
