Senior Implementation Engineer

Job Description Job Summary:

Lead and manage end-to-end technical implementation projects, from gathering and analyzing client requirements to ensuring successful go-live and system performance. Act as the primary technical liaison, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver smooth transitions, advanced troubleshooting, and post-sale support. Drive knowledge transfer through presentations and training, mentor junior engineers, and proactively mitigate risks. Maintain expertise in Artisight's products and foster strong stakeholder relationships to ensure high client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle. This role will consist of 40% travel for 6 months, towards end of year. All over the US. 80% of clients are est or cst. Schedule depends on site and client needs. Skills and Requirements Must Haves:

-7+ years of implementation experience Strong Linux Experience (Fully linux environment) Strong experience with Python Expertise in Ansible for configuration management and automation EHR/EMR experience (preferably EPIC) HL7 Experience Experience working with clinicians or healthcare professionals Nice to haves: Solid understanding with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management Experience in Healthcare IT Experience with SIP (Audio calls) and WEBRTC (streaming technology) Experience collaborating with DevOps and engineering teams to refine processes and tools for scalable implementations.
