Full Stack Cloud Engineer - Contractor| Hybrid - Chicago This is a senior-level contractor role for someone passionate about AWS, serverless computing, and data pipelines . What You'll Do- Own end-to-end application development (TypeScript/SQL) and infrastructure (Terraform)
- Design and build scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS and serverless architecture
- Develop and optimize ETL pipelines and data workflows
- Partner closely with Product & Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Contribute to architecture, design decisions, and system scalability What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in cloud/distributed systems (AWS)
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript/ JavaScript (Python is a plus)
- Experience with serverless computing, ETL pipelines, and relational databases
- Comfortable working across cloud + on-prem integrations
- Experience with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have
- Financial systems or insurance domain experience
- Exposure to data visualization tools
- Experience with Snowflake Interested?
