Job Description

job summary: This position is for a systems engineer for the development and integration of advanced technology with heavy-duty equipment / machines. This includes the integration of sensors, components, and software for automation & autonomy products.
location:
Mossville, Illinois job type: Contract salary: $44.00
  • 46.85 per hour work hours: 7am to 3pm education: Bachelors responsibilities:
  • Translate customer / commercial requirements into system requirements
  • Decompose high-level automation & autonomy features into system-level functional requirements, maintain clear traceability and documentation
  • Define the system architecture, interfaces, and integration strategy across the machine subsystems
  • Collaborate on the design approach and trade-offs
  • Develop features integrating across hardware, software, sensors, and control systems
  • Create and track FMEAs
  • Cross-functional coordination with machine systems, software, digital teams, validation, and product support
  • Issue resolution through triage and troubleshooting
  • Track schedule, deliverables, and technical risk qualifications: Years of experience: 5 years of relevant experience; Masters
  • 3 years exp
  • Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in an accredited engineering or robotics or equivalent technical field;
