Full Time Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) Engineer with strong expertise in dSPACE systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and validating real-time simulation environments to support ECU and embedded software testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, modify, and maintain HiL simulation models using MATLAB/Simulink Configure and integrate dSPACE HiL platforms (SCALEXIO, MicroAutoBox) Perform system-level validation and ECU testing in HiL environments Develop and execute automated test scripts using Python, ControlDesk, and AutomationDesk Design and support wiring, harness, and I/O interface setups for HiL benches Create and maintain ControlDesk dashboards and test interfaces Troubleshoot and debug issues across hardware, software, and communication layers Collaborate with software, controls, and validation teams for system integration Optimize real-time simulation performance and system tuning
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with dSPACE tools (ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, ConfigurationDesk) Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation Experience in HiL system setup and ECU validation Programming knowledge in Python, C, or C++ for automation Understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) Experience with real-time systems and embedded software validation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in automotive domain (OEM or Tier-1 suppliers) Familiarity with system integration and calibration workflows Knowledge of EV/Hybrid systems is a plus
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, or related engineering field
