IBM BPM/BAW
Platform Engineer with strong hands-on administration, deployment, performance tuning, WebSphere administration, and production support experience. Candidate will manage enterprise
IBM BPM/BAW
environments, support releases, optimize performance, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure high availability of critical business process applications. Key Responsibilities Administer IBM BPM and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) environments. Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain BPM platforms. Manage Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments. Deploy process applications, toolkits, and BPM artifacts across environments. Configure and manage WebSphere Application Server (WAS), clusters, nodes, and JVM settings. Monitor platform performance and conduct performance tuning. Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis. Support integrations with databases, web services, middleware, and messaging platforms. Implement LDAP, SSO, certificates, and security controls. Automate operational tasks using Shell, Python, or Jython scripting. Support HA, DR, backup, and resiliency planning. Work closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, DBA, and Application teams
