Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Flexible Spending Account IT Infrastructure Lead Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy scalable infrastructure environments (including on-prem and hybrid server setups) that support core business functions. Oversee and maintain network systems, server environments (Windows/Linux), storage platforms, and disaster recovery strategies. Configure, optimize, and support virtualization technologies such as vSphere and vCenter. Administer core services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management. Enforce security standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices while proactively monitoring performance to reduce outages. Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure infrastructure planning aligns with company objectives. Collaborate with other IT and business leaders to align infrastructure strategy with organizational goals. Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines for internal use. Mentor and support Helpdesk staff through training and knowledge sharing. IT Infrastructure Lead Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable discipline. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, including at least 2-3 years in a leadership capacity. In-depth expertise in server management, networking, virtualization, and information security fundamentals. Practical experience with enterprise platforms including Active Directory, VMware environments, SAN/NAS storage, and firewall technologies. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a focus on system optimization and performance tuning. Experience utilizing automation tools and infrastructure-as-code methodologies. Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipeline practices. Proven track record of managing projects and leading cross-functional teams effectively. Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. Industry certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, ITIL) are a plus.
