Role:
We are seeking a Firmware Engineer to join our engineering team, focused on designing and developing embedded firmware for advanced power systems. This role involves working on real-time, mission-critical applications and collaborating closely with hardware and systems teams to build reliable, high-performance products. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain embedded firmware using C in a Linux-based environment, supporting system-level functionality, debugging, and performance optimization
Work within real-time operating systems (RTOS)
Debug and troubleshoot firmware and hardware integration issues
Develop and optimize control algorithms and system logic
Implement communication protocols such as CAN, RS485, SPI, and I2C
Support new product development as well as improvements to existing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, manufacturing, and quality
Assist with testing, validation, and production support Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
5+ years of firmware or embedded systems experience
Background in C programming on Linux systems, with experience in low-level development, debugging, and system integration
Experience working with real-time operating systems (RTOS)
Familiarity with embedded hardware and system-level debugging
Experience with communication protocols such as CAN or RS485
Experience with digital signal processing or control systems
