Cloud Transformation Specialist [$273k/yr+]
We are looking for a dynamic change management leader to drive our organization's cultural shift to the cloud. You will be the crucial bridge between technical capabilities and our users, transforming the cloud onboarding experience through high-impact enablement, training, and strategic outreach. - Drive cloud adoption and cultural transformation initiatives within the organization.
- Develop resources and content to improve the cloud onboarding experience.
- Create surveys to assess customer experiences and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate cloud enablement discussions and training sessions to educate stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of strategy for an organizational cloud cultural shift.
- Interact with commercial cloud providers to ensure updates on offerings and best practices.
- Build and maintain documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, SiteWorks) for cloud processes, best practices, and FAQs.
- Create and update training materials and user guides.
- Deliver articulate presentations to diverse audiences and facilitate workshops.
- Author newsletters, whitepapers, and articles to facilitate cultural change.
- Develop and implement processes for smooth cloud adoption and ongoing management.
- Gather and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of cloud onboarding and identify areas for improvement.
- Possess a working understanding of cloud technologies and offerings, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
- Utilize key skills such as Confluence, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Communications/Technical Writing, DevOps, Workflow automation, and Program Management.
