Job Description

We are seeking many versatile C5ISR Support Staffs to support the Army in supporting cryptographic capabilities and helping to develop the next generation cryptographic capabilities. The roles will be supporting day-to-day operations of the organization, bridging the gap between high-level systems engineering and hands-on technical support. Supporting analysis of system vulnerabilities, radio capabilities, and general engineering support. The mission is to ensure the network capabilities are secure, hardened, and tested against stakeholders requirements.
Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the deployment and health of local servers, cloud instances (AWS/Azure), and hybrid networks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
Systems Integration:
Configure and maintain APIs and middleware that connect our core business tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, and communication platforms).
AI Implementation:
Assist in the deployment of internal AI models and LLM wrappers; monitor their performance and ensure data privacy compliance.
Advanced Troubleshooting:
Serve as the "Tier 3" escalation point for complex technical issues that the standard support staff cannot resolve.
Cybersecurity Support:
Support the Department of War and Intelligence Community with current and future cryptographic needs to protect the nations most critical infrastructure.
Process Automation:
Develop scripts (Python/PowerShell) to automate routine maintenance, data backups, and system reporting.
Project Leadership:
Lead small-to-medium technical projects, such as hardware refreshes, office migrations, or new software rollouts.
Required Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered.
Experience:
3-5 years in a multi-faceted role.
Analytical Depth:
Proven ability to diagnose issues where multiple systems overlap.
Adaptability:
The ability to learn a new software platform in a weekend to meet an immediate business need.
Cross-Functional Communication:
Translating "tech-speak" and "business-speak".
Resourcefulness:
Knowing where to find the solution when a manual doesn't exist.
Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner CompTIA Network+ or Linux+ or Security+ Google Professional Cloud Architect
CISSP CASP
Other Technical Cybersecurity Certification
