Job Requirements Jessup, MD Top Secret/SCI Polygraph Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Systems Engineer (Mid-Senior Level) Full-Time | On-Site | TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph Required Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with extensive systems engineering expertise to support programs in Annapolis Junction, MD. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and translate customer requirements into actionable system specifications Conduct process engineering activities to improve workflows, efficiency, and system performance Analyze user requirements, CONOPS documentation, and high-level system architectures to develop detailed system requirements specifications Guide stakeholders in requirements development, recommend alternative technical approaches, and perform feasibility studies Provide technical support for requirements integration, system design, and technology implementation Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and design documentation Prepare and evaluate systems engineering management plans, integration plans, and test plans Coordinate with government and program stakeholders to address technical considerations, issues, and resolution strategies Support system integration, validation, and verification efforts throughout the development lifecycle Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of system capabilities Required Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of systems engineering experience Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (additional experience may be substituted where applicable) Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph Benefits Retirement Planning Employer contribution of 6% of salary toward a 401(k) plan with immediate vesting and no employee match required.
