Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and adaptable AI Skilled Power Platform Developer to support and enhance existing Microsoft Power Platform applications while helping drive new AI-enabled workflow automation initiatives at our Auburn facility. This role will focus on maintaining and improving Power BI and Power Apps solutions, developing workflow automations, and integrating emerging AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), Copilot Studio, LangGraph, and AI agent frameworks into business processes. The ideal candidate combines strong Microsoft Power Platform experience with practical AI integration skills and the ability to understand operational and business reporting workflows. Key Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Power Apps and Power BI applications Develop new workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools Build and support Power Automate workflows and integrations Integrate AI capabilities into applications and business workflows Develop and configure AI agents using LLM technologies Work with Microsoft SharePoint APIs and custom APIs Collaborate with plant and business teams to improve operational efficiency Support reporting, dashboarding, and business intelligence initiatives Assist with AI adoption and future workflow modernization efforts Provide ongoing application support and optimization Participate in technical discussions and solution planning Document applications, workflows, and AI processes Required Technical Skills Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps Power BI Power Automate Integration & APIs Microsoft SharePoint API integration Custom API integration Data connectivity and workflow automation AI / Automation Skills Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) AI workflow integration experience AI agent creation and orchestration Understanding of prompt engineering concepts Preferred Skills Copilot Studio LangGraph Crew AI Pygenetic AI (or similar AI orchestration platforms) Python programming AI workflow automation design Business process automation Reporting/dashboard development Understanding of operational and financial reporting workflows Desired Qualifications Experience maintaining existing enterprise applications Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving AI technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently in a flexible part-time environment Experience balancing technical and business requirements Position Details Part-Time (~20 hours/week) Flexible scheduling based on workload On-site presence in Auburn Opportunity for role growth as AI initiatives expand Immediate hiring timeline preferred What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement Collaborative, hands-on work environment
