billion in sales in 2025Job DescriptionSika is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join our growing team in Madison Heights, MI. This is NOT an IT role. At Sika, the Systems Engineer will be responsible for providing customers, with adhesive and sealant application equipment support.as well as developing robust material dispensing strategies for Sika's bulk dispensed materials.
Key Responsibilities:
 Work with customers and dispensing equipment vendors to verify Sika product compatibility and or define new equipment requirementsSupport customers with guidance on proper equipment needs and by validating applications through execution of lab testing and dispensing trialsSupport the R& D team by defining existing application methods and by working with vendors to develop new methods and processes for applicationConduct customer site visitsProvide feedback to internal customers (Corporate
TD/SENG, R
D, Marketing)Write and communicate technical service reportsMaintain safe and efficient las environmentsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with equipment suppliers Provide training to customers and employeesParticipate in specialized fairs and conferencesAble to travel 30% in support of customer support and launch activities 
QualificationsQualifications/Experience:
