Contract to Hire 25% travel Isreal Overview We are seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to support advanced survivability and protection capabilities within a cutting-edge defense program. This role focuses on system modeling, integration, and analysis of defense countermeasure and fire control systems supporting ground vehicle protection. Must Have Skills & Experience
  • Active Secret (or higher) Security Clearance
  • 5+ years of experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Strong experience with Cameo Systems Modeler
  • Hands-on experience developing system models using SysML
  • Experience working in defense or aerospace environments
  • Experience supporting systems related to countermeasures, survivability, fire control, air defense, or similar capabilities
  • Proven ability to perform requirements decomposition and system architecture modeling Nice to Have Skills & Experience
  • Direct experience with fire control or survivability systems
  • Experience supporting ground combat or vehicle protection programs
  • Familiarity with integration of sensors, interceptors, and control systems Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain SysML system models for defense countermeasure and protection systems
  • Define, trace, and decompose system requirements across survivability and fire control domains
  • Support integration of sensors, interceptors, and control logic within system architecture
  • Perform trade studies and functional analysis to evaluate system performance and effectiveness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, software, and hardware teams to align models with design and testing
