This role focuses on developing a robust, real-time Ground Control System (GCS) used to plan missions, monitor telemetry, and control unmanned aerial systems in commercial environments. What You'll Do Design and develop cross-platform desktop applications using QT Build intuitive, high-performance UI/UX using QML Work with real-time telemetry, mapping, and mission planning systems Integrate with drone communication protocols (e.g., MAVLink) Collaborate with engineers and customers to define and implement features Contribute to architecture decisions for scalable GCS software Required Experience Strong experience with QT framework Experience with QML for UI development Familiarity with or contributions to QGroundControl or similar ground control systems Experience working with real-time or embedded systems is a plus Understanding of networking, messaging protocols, or telemetry systems Nice to Have Drone/UAV industry experience MAVLink protocol experience GIS/mapping tools (Mapbox, OpenStreetMap, etc.) Linux desktop application development
