Job Description

Summary:
Designs and integrates fuel and auxiliary fluid systems for advanced military vehicle platforms, supporting development through prototype, production, and sustainment. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with mechanical systems experience 5-7+ years of experience in mechanical or fluid systems design Strong understanding of fluid systems, mechanical design, and system integration Experience supporting prototype and/or production build environments Proficiency in NX, Creo, or similar CAD tools Preferred Skills Experience developing fluid system architecture, schematics, and troubleshooting models Familiarity with Teamcenter, Vis Mockup, or similar PLM tools Background in ground combat vehicles or heavy equipment systems Job Responsibilities Design and develop fuel systems and auxiliary fluid systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, fire suppression, and cooling distribution Create system architectures, schematics, and analytical models for fluid and distributed systems Integrate components into vehicle platforms to meet safety, environmental, ballistic, and blast requirements Perform design analysis, tolerance stack-ups, and engineering change updates Lead CAD model and drawing development Support prototype builds, production, and sustainment activities, including fit checks and integration reviews Conduct root cause and corrective action activities and failure analysis Coordinate material requests, shop work orders, and part tracking Present technical concepts, risks, and program updates to engineering teams and leadership
