Support issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution for complex charging and protocol issues during development, integration, and testing. Ensure alignment with safety, cybersecurity, regulatory, and charging protocol standards (e.g., ISO 15118, CCS, DIN 70121). Create and maintain system documentation, including requirements, interface specifications, and traceability, and support program milestones and readiness reviews. Actively participate in ISO Standards committee discussions on enhancements and new feature standards impacting vehicle charging, V2H, and V2G functionalities.
