Job SummaryOur Technology Group is seeking an experienced and innovative Application Specialist to support the implementation, maintenance, & optimization of finance-related technology solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless integration and workflows across all solutions, focusing on security, performance, & scalability to ensure technology solutions meet business goals and requirements.

Essential ResponsibilitiesManage technology-based projects including workflow mapping, communicating enhancements and issues to teams, fostering an open dialogue between front-end users & back office.

Help users implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by understanding client needs and communicating clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.

Understand business goals, team responsibilities, and processes to successfully test technology enhancements and integrate technology into efficient workflows.

Work with business stakeholders and the Technology Department to define scope and objectives to ensure solution projects are in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization.

Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure all technology solutions adhere to required security protocols and regulatory standards.

Proactively assess emerging technologies & innovative process improvementsAct as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to all teams along with troubleshooting complex technical issues as they arise.

Accountable for supporting success of both individuals on team and team as a whole.

QualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field2+ years related experience preferredUnderstanding of Software Development Life Cycles, requirements gathering, and user interface/interaction design in an enterprise environment preferredUnderstanding of modern architectures (cloud, microservices, APIs) preferredProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsTechnical proficiency with a variety of software applicationsMust be authorized to work in the United StatesAdditional InformationThis is an exempt, full-time salary position reporting to the VP of Enterprise Applications.
