Job Description

Who Thrives in This Role You see a manual or broken workflow and immediately start thinking about how to fix it. You are comfortable being the person who figures things out without a playbook. You care enough about your work to make it maintainable - documented and designed so someone else could pick it up. We hire for trajectory, not tenure; if you're earlier in your career but can demonstrate real technical depth through projects or self-directed work, that counts. This team uses AI-assisted development as a standard part of the workflow. Candidates who are already comfortable building this way - prompting thoughtfully, reviewing output critically, and iterating quickly - will find this environment a natural fit. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience 1-5 years of experience in software development, systems integration, or solutions engineering (or equivalent demonstrated capability through projects, coursework, or open-source work) Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities 1. Design and build integrations, internal tools, and automations supporting clinical and operational workflows 2. Translate architectural designs into reliable, production-ready systems 3. Develop prototypes and proofs of concept to validate technical approaches 4. Design, implement, and maintain integrations using REST APIs and other system interfaces 5. Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to align integrations with enterprise data strategy 6. Maintain and enhance existing microservices, integrations, and automation systems 7. Implement monitoring, alerting, and fail-safe mechanisms to ensure system reliability and data protection 8. Ensure systems are maintainable, observable, and resilient as they scale 9. Create and maintain documentation including runbooks, architecture diagrams, and troubleshooting guides 10. Build reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools when required 11. Other related duties as assigned Specialized Skills & Knowledge 1. Proficiency in Python sufficient to independently write, debug, and maintain production code 2. Experience working with structured data and writing SQL queries 3. Familiarity with API-based integration patterns and RESTful services 4. Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and comfort with AI-assisted development tools as a primary workflow (e.g., Claude Code or similar) Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
