Systems Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing and advancing our SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments. Your expertise will help streamline business processes and ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of on-premises SharePoint servers to SharePoint Online, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Design, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, to enhance business productivity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze processes and develop technology-driven improvements.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving complex SharePoint and Power Platform issues.
• Establish and enforce governance policies, security standards, and compliance frameworks for platform usage.
• Optimize system performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and adjustments.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system architecture, user guides, and operational procedures.
• Work closely with the IT Security team to ensure solutions align with organizational security standards.
• Explore and promote the use of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to enhance automation and productivity.
