job summary: Our client, a global advanced manufacturing trailblazer, is seeking an Equipment Integration Lead in Newton, NC. This role requires an engineering degree alongside expertise in CAD and equipment integration to drive cutting-edge technology projects.
Serve as the central point of contact between cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless equipment deployment and facility compatibility.
Oversee equipment setup, startup, and testing while utilizing root cause analysis to quickly resolve any installation challenges.
Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards while tracking project milestones, budgets, and vital documentation.
Lead ongoing efforts to optimize equipment reliability, throughput, and operational training across Our Client's manufacturing environment.
