Contract Job Overview:

Responsible for providing expert-level leadership in the design, support, optimization, and governance of enterprise data platforms, system architectures, and business applications. The role involves technical strategy, system analysis, performance optimization, production support, and collaboration with leadership and program teams to ensure reliable and scalable system operations.

Requirement/Must Have:

Extensive experience in enterprise system architecture, data platforms, or application development. Strong expertise in system development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern architecture patterns. Experience with system integration, performance tuning, and lifecycle management. Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and lead complex technical initiatives. Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. Experience in production support and root cause analysis.

Experience:

Experience working with enterprise-scale data systems and technical platforms. Experience in system design, enhancement, and implementation activities. Experience in data analysis and system performance evaluation. Experience supporting deployment, testing, and validation of system changes. Experience in incident resolution and continuous system improvement.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level leadership in design, support, and optimization of data platforms and systems. Guide teams on best practices for system usage, maintenance, performance tuning, and lifecycle management. Act as technical advisor to leadership, product teams, and program owners. Evaluate system requirements, integration points, and architectural dependencies. Lead complex troubleshooting and implement sustainable system solutions. Perform end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of system enhancements and data workflows. Conduct system performance evaluation and configuration tuning. Develop and maintain technical and user documentation. Oversee testing, validation, and deployment of system changes. Support business process modernization and data transformation initiatives. Lead production support efforts including incident resolution and root cause analysis. Implement monitoring, quality assurance, and continuous improvement practices. Support data governance, security reviews, and compliance requirements.

Should Have:

Experience mentoring and guiding technical teams. Experience in data governance and enterprise compliance frameworks. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience in data engineering or advanced information systems environments. Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
