Join our dynamic team at Fidelity Investments, where the Fidelity Architecture and Engineering team is seeking a Software Engineer for our Engineering Experience team. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Experience building developer platforms, internal tooling, or marketplaces at enterprise scale Experience with IDEs (VS Code or similar) and extension/plugin ecosystems Experience with application installation and deployment solutions for Windows/macOS platforms Designing secure, high‑availability distributed systems and APIs Working across organizational boundaries to deliver platform capabilities used by diverse engineering teams Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) along with solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices Knowledge of designing, developing, and deploying applications following established patterns and best practices Experience leveraging DevAssist tools such as GitHub Copilot and Gemini Code Assist to optimize development workflows Bonus Skills Experience working with the open source community Cloud Certifications in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes or similar The Team Join our global team in Fidelity Architecture and Engineering's Engineering Experience Product Area.
