Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a Cloud Observability team focused on improving cloud infrastructure reliability, monitoring strategy, and operational excellence. This individual will play a key role in observability initiatives, cloud monitoring implementations, reliability improvements, and proactive risk identification across large-scale cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Drive cloud observability and monitoring initiatives across enterprise cloud environments. Configure and optimize Dynatrace for monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and operational visibility. Partner with engineering and operations teams to improve system reliability and performance. Identify reliability risks, scalability concerns, and monitoring gaps before they impact production. Support distributed systems running in cloud environments. Contribute to architecture reviews, operational planning, and reliability discussions. Leverage observability data to improve incident prevention and root cause analysis. Collaborate with teams responsible for application operations and cloud infrastructure. Assist in the adoption of AI-driven operational and monitoring capabilities. Required SkillsMust-Have Strong hands-on experience with Terraform Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace Cloud observability and monitoring expertise Experience with AWS and/or Azure Exposure to or willingness to learn GCP Experience supporting distributed systems in production environments Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Operations, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering background Familiarity with Splunk for logging and monitoring Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience implementing or optimizing observability platforms Exposure to AI-enabled monitoring or operational tools Experience evaluating or implementing AI-driven operational capabilities Large-scale cloud environment experience Interview Process Round 1 Virtual Interview Microsoft Teams Interview scheduling coordinated through the recruiting team No interview recordings permitted Final Round Onsite Interview Approximately 1 hour Business Casual Attire Additional rounds may be conducted if needed Important Notes All interviews will be conducted through Microsoft Teams. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite five days per week. Strong communication and documentation skills will be evaluated throughout the interview process.
