Berkeley Heights, NJ •5 days onsite• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related discipline As a candidate for this position, you will require knowledge of Tandem systems and knowledge of Automated Teller Machines (ATM). Candidates are responsible for interacting with clients, other employees, as well as third party vendors to resolve issues. This triage will be performed using hardware and software systems which the Terminals are configured on. The process will utilize defined process and techniques. The candidate will require working Knowledge of Tandem systems which include Line Handlers, Device Handlers and the configurations they will use to develop new configurations required for ATMs going forward to be able to support the new configuration requirements for Lu s on Tandem. Their day-to-day responsibilities will include documenting and building supporting documents related to ATMs and their configurations for the new environment. Assist and develop scripting alerts to monitor production systems within the Team Splunk Dashboard, Moogsoft or Extrahop. This will allow us to be able to respond to and troubleshoot escalated incidents. Must have excellent communication skills, as the role interfaces with clients, vendors, and business partners. ATM knowledge is preferred. Preferred qualifications for consideration: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related discipline Experience transitioning teams to an Agile Framework is a definite plus. Knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace, extrahop monitoring tools

Certifications:
