One & Done Interview Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Power Platform Developer to join our growing technology team for a long-term W2 contract opportunity in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and experience building enterprise-grade applications, workflows, dashboards, and automation solutions. This role requires someone who can design scalable solutions while following enterprise governance and architecture standards. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall IT experience Strong hands-on experience with: Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps preferred) Power Automate Power BI Copilot Studio Power Pages Dynamics 365 (D365) Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Experience developing custom Power Platform applications beyond standard D365 configuration Hands-on experience with: Dataverse Solution Management ALM Deployments Environment Management Release Management Strong understanding of when to use: Power Automate Plugins Native Platform Features Experience working within enterprise governance and architecture standards Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure integrations and APIs Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred Work Authorization We are accepting candidates on:
