Job Description

ERP Integration Lead Location:
Bridgewater, NJ (3 Days Onsite per Week)
Duration:
6-12+ Months Contract Required Experience- 10+ years leading complex ERP, M&A, or operational systems integration programs. Experience integrating regulated manufacturing environments, preferably in pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, or life sciences. Strong understanding of ERP and manufacturing systems including: o SAP, o Oracle/JDE, o MES, o Finance integrations, o and operational data flows. Experience coordinating GxP / CSV-sensitive programs. Strong understanding of systems integration, data migration, and coexistence architectures. Experience managing cross-functional global programs involving Operations, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT. Strong executive communication and synthesis capabilities. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving acquisition environments.
