Job Description

Seeking Systems Engineers to support the development, integration, and testing of scalable, software-defined, S-Band multi-mission radar systems for fixed, transportable, and surface ship applications. The role involves systems architecture, requirements management, verification and validation, modeling and simulation, and integration activities within a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment.
Must-Have Requirements:
Experience with at least two of the following: Requirements definition Verification & Validation (V&V) Trade studies Modeling & Simulation Integration & Test Systems architecture Experience with DOORS, MBSE, and SysML concepts. Proficiency in C++ or another object-oriented programming language. Experience using MATLAB . Ability to support complex radar or defense-related system development efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on MBSE experience using Cameo . Experience developing software-defined or multi-mission radar systems. Familiarity with fixed, transportable, or naval radar platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and manage system requirements using MBSE tools. Perform system trade studies, modeling, and simulation activities. Support system integration, verification, validation, and testing efforts. Develop and maintain system architectures using DOORS, SysML, and Cameo. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable and supportable radar solutions. #
GRPA Pay:
$150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
