Radar Systems Engineer will:

Provide guidance and leadership for radar program execution Navigate major program milestones for modern fixed site and/or surface naval radars Develop radar development schedules, identify critical paths, develop integration plans, provide cost estimates, create staffing plans, facilitate team development, and develop risk mitigation plans Support the planning and execution of development and integration activities; working with systems, software, and hardware teams to coordinate schedules Lead design reviews, system demos, flight tests, element and system level verification activities, and system certification Execute integration and test activities, evaluate test results, investigate discrepancies, technically assess anomalies, and drive them to resolution.
