Direct Hire Location:

4x10 schedule, 40 hours per week

Clearance Requirement:
Active Secret clearance required We are seeking Radar Systems Engineers to support the development, integration, and testing of scalable, software-defined, supportable, S-Band multi-mission radar systems. These systems include fixed, transportable, and surface ship radar systems supporting secure, mission-focused defense programs. This is a direct hire opportunity with a 4-day work week, benefits, paid time off, 401K with matching, annual merit increases, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge radar and combat systems technology.
Important Requirement:
Candidates must currently hold an active Secret clearance. Candidates without an active Secret clearance will not be considered for this role.
ALSO REQUIRED
2+ years of relevant systems engineering, radar systems, combat systems, sensor systems, or related defense engineering experience
Responsibilities:
Support requirements definition, verification, and system architecture activities using DOORS, MBSE, SysML, and trade study techniques Develop end-to-end subsystem integration and test plans for radar system verification Perform system trade studies, analyses of alternatives, and associated technical analyses Support system performance modeling and analysis Participate in requirements verification testing Support integration, validation, verification, and test activities Participate in engineering technical reviews Document engineering work, artifacts, and technical data in formal engineering data systems Work onsite with highly skilled engineering teams supporting radar and combat systems development
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizen Active Secret clearance required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field 2+ years of relevant systems engineering, radar systems, combat systems, sensor systems, or related defense engineering experience Experience with at least two of the following: Requirements definition Verification and validation Trade studies Modeling and simulation Integration and test System architecture using DOORS, MBSE, or SysML Experience with MATLAB Proficiency in C++ or another object-oriented programming language Model-Based Systems Engineering experience using Cameo, SysML, MagicDraw, or similar tools Ability to work onsite in Moorestown, NJ; Camden, NJ; or
Syracuse, NY Preferred Qualifications:
Recent experience with radar systems, radar signal processing, radar algorithm development, AESA hardware, beam forming, or radar performance modeling Experience with S-Band radar systems Experience supporting Navy, missile defense, combat systems, EW, sensor, or mission-critical defense programs Hands-on DOORS experience for requirements, test cases, traceability, or verification Experience creating integration and test plans for radar or complex defense systems Strong analytical and applied mathematics background Experience participating in formal technical reviews and documenting engineering artifacts
Experience Levels Considered:

GRPA Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $150,000
  • $175,000 annually.
