Job Description:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in one or more of the following systems engineering software/system analysis requirements development verification & validation Trade studies modeling & simulation integration & test High proficiency in: C++ (or another object oriented language) MATLAB for analysis, modeling, and test automation Scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for task automation and CI/CD tooling. Perform functional and radar performance analysis, requirements allocation, algorithm development, and/or interface definition to convert customer defined radar requirements into detailed software specifications. Develop high fidelity models and run simulations to evaluate radar system performance Provide individual contributor effort for the system design, and test for the RCP SCI and support agile systems engineering process including scrum meetings and sprint planning. Execute system verification activities, integration and test, and provide support for certification and testing milestones. Experience with DOORs, git, Confluence Tool Suite Radar systems development experience including algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling and simulation. Strong written and oral communication skills; able to produce clear technical documentation and deliver concise briefings.
