Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps which support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry. We're looking for a UI Lead to join our Engineering Excellence initiative, focused on stabilizing, modernizing, and scaling enterprise React applications in complex, legacy-heavy environments. We are looking for Engineers who can : Lead React architecture decisions for large, long-lived enterprise applications Drive incremental migrations (class ? functional components, legacy ? modern React) Manage the coexistence of old and new UI patterns without big-bang rewrites Evaluate and mitigate risks around bundle size, performance, testing, and library compatibility Define and enforce CSS and styling architecture (Tailwind, CSS Modules, design tokens) Understand where frameworks break down and implement fallback strategies Ensure UI decisions support performance, maintainability, and scale Implement and review async UI patterns (autocomplete, search, streaming data) Optimize client-side performance and API interaction patterns Guide teams on correct use of React Hooks and lifecycle patterns Establish clear, enforceable project organization standards Design folder structures, shared vs feature boundaries, and tooling guardrails Embed React UIs into non-React legacy systems when needed (micro-frontends, manual mounting) Operate comfortably in consulting-style delivery environments Act as a technical lead in client-facing discussions Know when to escalate, unblock, and drive decisions under pressure Coach engineers and raise frontend quality across teams Balance speed, correctness, and stakeholder expectations Qualifications 10-12+ years of professional engineering experience Deep expertise in React and modern frontend architecture Proven experience leading enterprise UI migrations Strong command of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS Experience working in legacy, regulated, or consulting environments Comfortable in client-facing leadership roles Strong communication, ownership, and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience
