Job Description
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Systems Engineering and Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3+ years of management or leadership experience 5+ years of experience leading reliability, production operations, or SRE teams responsible for availability, incident response, observability, and operational readiness for large‑scale, business‑critical platformsDesired Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to operationalize SRE practices within complex enterprise or regulated environments Experience supporting mission‑critical platforms with high availability and recoverability requirements Experience driving automation, CI/CD, infrastructure‑as‑code, and operational standardization at scale Demonstrated ability to design and leverage observability solutions using metrics, logs, traces, and events Experience applying blameless post‑incident review practices to drive systemic improvements Experience interpreting and developing policies and procedures aligned with enterprise risk, security, and compliance requirements Experience supporting audits and risk assessments with strong documentation and operational controls Experience partnering closely with both application engineering and infrastructure teams Ability to communicate complex operational and reliability topics clearly to executive audiencesJob Expectations:

Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
