Job Description

The ITAM Coordinator is responsible for managing IT assets and administering MDM solutions for iPhones, ensuring compliance, security, and efficient lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain IT asset inventory and track lifecycle from procurement to retirement. Ensure compliance with licensing, warranties, and company policies. Deploy, configure, and manage iPhones using MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune). Enforce security policies, troubleshoot MDM issues, and manage software updates. Conduct audits, generate reports, and support IT security initiatives.
Qualifications:
Good IT asset management and MDM experience. Proficiency in ITAM tools and MDM platforms. Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
