Infrastructure Engineer

Infrastructure Engineer for managed IT services company. Duties are performing configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, & administration of software & hardware infrastructure on Azure platform for business applications within Windows operating system using configuration management tools & VMWare & Hyper-V virtualization tools including installing software on servers; implementing switches, routers, remote access systems & security appliances; configuring Palo Alto firewalls & threat prevention features; performing backup & disaster recovery operations using Veeam Backup & Replication in virtualized environments; using automation tools to perform infrastructure solutions framework; using PowerShell shell scripting to build infrastructure; supporting Microsoft Modern Workplace tools; providing support for voice, data & video services integrations; & performing cloud networking & troubleshooting. Requires Bach degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field & 3 yrs exp in job duties as stated. Salary is $108,000 to $115,000.
