Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents experience Topic design, trigger phrases, fallback handling Understanding limitations of no-code/low-code platforms Microsoft Power Platform fundamentals Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, error handling) Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles) Prompt & conversation design Structuring prompts for consistency and grounding Designing conversational flows (guided vs. open-ended) Integration mindset Experience working with APIs, connectors, and cross-system integrations Understanding when custom development is required Governance awareness Knowledge of security, environment strategy, and data boundaries
