    • Minimum qualifications:
    • + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    + 4 years of experience with programming in C/C++ or Java, and scripting languages (e.g., Python). + Experience in one or more of the following three areas: linux kernel (e.g., processes, threads, scheduling, syscalls, interrupts and exceptions), toolchains (e.g., compilers, JIT compilation and symbolization) or, android system software stack. + Experience conducting full-stack performance analysis and optimization on software systems.
    • Preferred qualifications:
    • + Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with an emphasis on computer architecture. + Ability to diving into new technical territories. + Ability to be a fast and effective learner. + Ability to be comfortable and work on issues with ambiguity.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.     • Responsibilities
    • + Perform in-depth search analysis on workloads and kernels to identify performance bottlenecks and others miss.
    + Plan and evaluate ARM architecture features, providing data-driven insights that shape future SoC designs. + Partner with Android workload owners, tool-chain experts, and device teams to implement full-system optimizations. + Design the benchmarks and modeling methodology that will define the next decade of hardware/software co-design.
