Your role and responsibilities As a Technical Services Professional, you will perform a variety of technical services to support complex client information systems, products, or networking systems/components. This role involves installing, operating, planning, and configuring these systems to meet client needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Install and Configure Systems:

Install, operate, and configure complex client information systems, products, or networking systems/components to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.

Plan and Maintain Systems:

Operate and Troubleshoot:

Operate and troubleshoot complex client information systems, products, or networking systems/components to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Support Client Needs:

Support client needs by providing technical assistance and ensuring that systems are running efficiently and effectively.

Perform Technical Tasks:

Perform various technical tasks as needed to support the installation, operation, and maintenance of complex client information systems, products, or networking systems/components. Site Reliability Engineer
