Job Description

We are a dynamic professional services organization in the Cleveland metro area that helps large enterprises optimize their project and resource management capabilities through seamless system integrations.

This hybrid Integration Specialist position (3 days onsite Monday/Tuesday/Thursday and 2 days remote) plays a key role in connecting enterprise systems such as ERP, HCM, and project management platforms with our resource management solution. The role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy building data flows and is supported with extensive hands-on training and team mentorship.

Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesPartner with clients and internal teams to understand their data needs and gather detailed integration specifications for projects, resources, and assignments.

Develop clear process flow diagrams to map out integration requirements.

Build, test, and launch custom integrations and automated workflows using our internal low-code workflow platform, frequently leveraging methods such as secure file transfers (SFTP), REST APIs, and database staging.

Maintain and improve existing client integrations while providing ongoing support and enhancements.

Create user training materials and documentation to facilitate smooth testing and deployment.

Required Skills and QualificationsStrong interest in modern web technologies and enterprise software integration.

Practical experience configuring, customizing, or implementing business applications - particularly those involving APIs, workflows, or integrations with PPM, ERP, or HCM systems.

Basic knowledge of C# programming.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while driving projects to completion.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (MIS, Computer Science, Information Systems) or comparable professional experience.
