Job Description
Job Description A employer in the Dayton, OH area is seeking a Secret-cleared Systems Engineer (AFSIM) for a direct hire opportunity. This individual will support analytical efforts focused on evaluating the performance of complex defense systems within simulated operational environments. Key responsibilities include utilizing tools such as AFSIM, MATLAB, and other analytical platforms to develop and execute simulations that assess system effectiveness and resilience against evolving threat scenarios. The role involves interpreting results to identify performance gaps, assess operational concepts, and recommend improvements to system capabilities and employment strategies. This individual will contribute to data-driven analyses that inform strategic decision-making and future capability development, supporting stakeholders in assessing potential investments and enhancements to mission-critical systems. Additionally, the analyst will support modeling activities that enhance mission planning and operational analysis efforts. Candidates must possess an active Secret clearance and be able to work onsite five days per week.
