This position will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for infrastructure operations, systems administration, networking, server support, troubleshooting, and overall systems reliability across the organization. You MUST have strong hands-on experience across Windows server environments, networking, infrastructure, virtualization, and enterprise systems support. Experience supporting retail or point-of-sale (POS) environments is IDEAL. This role is 100% onsite in the Youngstown / Boardman, OH area and

occasional after-hours or emergency support for critical outages and infrastructure issues.

Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, VPNs, and enterprise networking Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity and infrastructure-related issues Experience supporting switches, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, and multi-site environments Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments rather than strictly end-user desktop support Ability to troubleshoot complex systems, network, and server-related issues independently Retail or Point-of-Sale (POS) infrastructure support experience Experience with cybersecurity best practices, vulnerability remediation, endpoint security, or access controls Experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure environments Experience mentoring junior IT staff or leading technical initiatives Experience creating SOPs, technical documentation, or process improvements

DUTIES:

Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure across retail stores, warehouses, and corporate environments Troubleshoot server, networking, VPN, firewall, wireless, and infrastructure-related issues Maintain Windows server environments and enterprise systems Support multi-site networking and connectivity across distributed locations Participate in infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and system reliability initiatives Provide escalation-level technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, patching, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening efforts Support and maintain POS-related systems and infrastructure where applicable

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
