6 Months Role Overview Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Architect with 10+ years of experience responsible for end-to-end architecture and design across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, Redwood UX transformation, integration design, and security model implementation. Responsibilities Architect Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across Core HR (Global HR), Workforce Structures (Jobs, Positions), Journeys (Journey Checklist), Approval Workflow, and Security (Roles, Areas of Responsibility, Data Security). Lead Redwood UX design adoption for modern employee experience and UI transformation. Design integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Workforce API, and downstream systems. Define data flow architecture and align the reporting ecosystem across
OTBI, BI
Publisher, and Snowflake integration contexts. Design and implement security models covering Roles, Areas of Responsibility, Data Security, and Redwood security alignment. Define and govern configuration vs. customization strategy in alignment with Oracle best practices and Redwood standards.
