As an Enterprise Architect Sr within PNC's Enterprise Architecture organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. Framework Knowledge:

TOGAF, Zachman, or similar frameworks.

Architecture Domains:

Business, Data, Application, and Technology architecture.

Architecture Strategy:

Develop and execute EA strategy for the enterprise. Federated Model Design for Governance and Compliance

Operating Model Skills:

Designing federated structures (central standards + local autonomy).

Decision Rights Management:

Clear delineation of responsibilities between central and domain teams.

Policy Development:

Creating reusable guidelines and guardrails.

Regulatory Awareness:

Banking regulations (e.g., FFIEC, GDPR, SOX).

Architecture Governance:

Ability to define and enforce standards across federated units.

Risk Management:

Identifying architectural risks and ensuring compliance. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Influencing Skills:

Driving alignment across multiple business units.

Conflict Resolution:

Handling competing priorities between central and federated teams.

• Job Description
• + Provides subject matter expertise for enterprise architecture, enterprise architecture teams, and clients.

Guides on enterprise architecture projects and business relationship management. Creates strategic roadmaps for transitioning to target enterprise future state, in alignment with business and technology goals while analyzing client requirements and collaborating with R D divisions to provide ongoing support. + Leads in the implementation of enterprise architecture strategies and best practices to support business objectives, while focusing on enterprise standards, processes, and methodologies. + Provides guidance to enterprise architects on defining technical service capabilities, design attributes, draft enterprise profiles and segment architecture; controls risks and solves complex issues related to enterprise architecture. + Maintains relationships with stakeholders, addresses stakeholder requirements and provides clients consultations to shape the future success of enterprise architecture while also mitigating risk. + Provides enterprise architecture support by directing teams in baseline, target and roadmap development, transition planning, system and security management and segment architecture. • Base Salary:

  $80,000.00 - $209,300.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
