Duration:

6+ Months education: bachelor's in computer science, information technology AWS certifications +

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including development, deployment, and support of:
• CCP•Contact Flows•Lambda and other scripting•S3 Storage Solutions•DynamoDB•CloudWatch•Queues and Routing Profiles•Agent and Agent Hierarchy Administration •Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools •Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps practices •Proven expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, Node.

js, and Python (particularly in relation to AWS Services)

• Demonstrate ability to efficiently resolve complex issues and provide consultative explanations and advice to clients
• Familiarity with file formats, including JSON and others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work according to the US time schedule
• Experience in following ITIL processes and using Service Desk Ticket management applications Qualified candidates should

Pay Range

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
