Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional engineering teams to drive strategic manufacturing goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Deploy stringent product performance standards and standardize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across the APAC region.
Mitigate production risks and ensure perfect, first-time product creation by leveraging advanced engineering tools and world-class quality processes.
Oversee comprehensive issue resolution, post-production quality measurement, and verification to make informed, data-driven product decisions.
