Our Performance and Resiliency Engineering practice is growing and we're seeking innovative, technical problem solvers like you to join the team. As an Observability-AIOps Senior Manager you will: Explore the complex IT estates of our clients to understand their Observability-AIOps capabilities and opportunities for growth Employ and orchestrate use of AI tools to accelerate delivery, increase automation, and improve MTTx Tailor, sell, and deliver enterprise Observability-AIOps solutions relevant to client's needs Amplify Observability-AIOps outcomes by accelerating adoption across technology and business organizations Lead focused team of architects and engineers while partnering with client architects, directors, and C-suite executives to deliver in alignment with business objectives Provide thought leadership and technical expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade observability solutions Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through complex technical challenges and delivering right-sized Observability solutions Develop and present high-level Observability-AIOps roadmaps, strategies, and solutions to stakeholders, including executive leadership There will never be a typical day at Accenture and that's why we love it here! The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's What You'll Need:
Minimum 7 years working with Observability tools including but not limited to: Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, DataDog, Grafana, Prometheus, etc. Hands-on experience collecting performance data, analyzing, troubleshooting, and tuning Experience deploying observability solutions in cloud-native environments, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker Enterprise Dynatrace Associate certification Minimum 4 years experience in a lead engineer/architect role Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience of 12 years minimum. If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience. Bonus Points if you have (Preferred Qualifications) Previous Consulting experience Experience implementing and customizing Observability platforms such as Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, Datadog, or similar Experience integrating Observability tools with ServiceNOW or other
ITOM/ITSM
Experience in measuring and optimizing system reliability metrics, including
MTTD, MTTI, SLO, SLI
Experience delivering software designed for high concurrency, scalability, or availability Built tooling to improve reliability of systems, automated remediation of issues, or improve scalability.
