30-Apr-2026 Systems Engineering Requirements Lead Space Pennsylvania 726272BR Basic Qualifications
- Significant experience in Systems Engineering or related engineering field, with detailed knowledge of Systems Engineering concepts and processes over the development and verification phases of a product lifecycle
- Identifying, decomposing, allocating and verifying/validating requirements
- Participating in Systems Engineering reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR)
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Proficiency with Requirements development and management processes, principles, and tools (DOORS), including functional analysis, allocation, and verification
- Active DoD Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance Job Code/Title E1464:
- Establish system architecture and CONOPS, perform system level design and decomposition into requirements
- Lead a team of systems engineers through requirements, verification and modeling and coordinate schedule status with control account manager
- Perform system analysis and interface definition and management/ execution using digital transformation tool suite
- Perform system requirements verification rationale development and tracking

- Master's Degree in Systems Engineering, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate or equivalent experience/combined education
- Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or disciplines outside of Systems Engineering
- Coordinating with multiple key partners
- Experience with US Air Force Weapon Systems Programs
- Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement constructive change
- Ability to mentor, train and empower a technical team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with program internal and external customers, lead multi-functional teams and build consensus among peers
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members

National Pay Statement Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered:

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
